Charity Event 53 (Me2We - Relief Chennai)

Dear All,

We are very happy to inform, with all your support that we did our donation to Chennai flood victims in most affected area(Kargil Nagar & Elango Nagar, Thiruvatriyur) on 14/12/2015. Please find the details below.

Schedule:

=> Our Me2We members Satyanarayana Bheemavarapu, Kiran Sreeram & Varun Biyyala reached Tirupathi on 13/12/2015 at 8 AM.
=> With the help of our Me2We member Siva Anand (who is resident of Tirupathi), we purchased the required provisions at cheapest possible prices and reached to Siva Anand's home by 6 PM.
=> Then, we unloaded the truck and separated the provisions into 100 packets till 11PM.
=> We started to Chennai at 4:45 AM on 14/12/2015 and reached by 9:15 AM.
=> Our member Varun went to identify the most affected slum areas in Chennai due to floods with the help of our Me2We volunteers Ram Kumar,  Manoj Manimaran & Madhan Pandian. Finally, they identified the most affected areas (Kargil Nagar & Elango Naga) by 1:00 PM.
=> We started distribution process by 1:30 with the help local leaders and finished by 4:00 PM.

Thank you Siva Anand for helping us in Tirupathi in purchasing material for cheapest cost and also helping us in packing process.

Thanks a lot to Ram Kumar, Manoj Manimaran & Madhan Pandian who stayed with us and helped us to go everything smoothly. Because of them only this event beame successful.
