Background Information:

Navya is a mother of two kids and diagnosed with breast cancer few months ago. 

Her husband Sunil is from Tiruvuru, Andhra Pradesh and works in a Pharma company @ Hyderabad.  

Navya has no parents and there is no one who could support her financially. She was also affected by COVID after 18 days of her delivery due to which she couldn't feed her kid. Doctors suspected that this might be a reason that milk got solidified internally and turned into a cancer ailment.

 Initially, they went to a hospital in Vijayawada and there they referred to Sowmya Renova hospital, Karkhana, Secunderabad.  As of now cancer cells haven't spread to other areas and it can be cured with Chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy.

Till now they have spent Rs 1,50,000 for the treatment and they need Rs. 3,32,000 (estimated amount) for further treatment - for Chemotherapy (20,000), Pet scan (12,000), surgery (1,50,000) and radiotherapy (1,50,000).

Navya's husband already took some personal loans to fulfill multiple things - for his wife deliveries, COVID time support, his father's treatment. They also tried for fund raising through crowd funding sites but couldn’t get required amount. 

As they couldn’t afford for further treatment, they approached Me2We for further support. 

Our member Sagar Motupalli visited their rented house at Cherlapalli, Hyderabad and physically verified the requirement.

After thorough verification and understanding their situation, we supported for Navya’s Medical tests, Chemotherapy, Pet CT Scan and Medicines in two phases.

Now as a Phase 3 support, MathWorks India Private Limited contributed Rs. 1,56,987 for the Navya's Mastectomy surgery expenses.

Our Me2We members who are working in MathWorks (Sagar Motupalli, Naresh Challa, Ishan Ghosekar, Bonamonu ShashiKanth & Karthik Akula) visited the hospital on 23/03/2023 and executed the event.
