Background information:

Sowmya is an Economically Backward and academically brilliant student from Machilipatnam. Her father abandoned her family few years ago, leaving her mother and grandmother to care for them. Her mother works as an agricultural laborer for their survival. Sowmya has an elder sister pursuing a diploma, and both sisters have studied in government schools.

Me2We's journey with Sowmya

- As They could not afford to pay the Sowmya's fee, reached Me2We for the support through our member Rajasekhar Kunapreddy in Feb 2024.

- Our Me2We member Sai Krishna Motupalli and his brother Seetaram Motupalli physically verified the requirement in Feb 2024

- Considering her family's situation, we decided to support her education.

Me2We's Support so far:

- Rs.16,000 (1st year dues) in March 2024

- Rs. 14,000 (2nd year fees, installment 1) in July 2024

Current support:

- Paid 2nd year college fee installment 2 Rs. 10,000 on 12/11/2024
