Background information:

We got this requirement from our member Srinivas Nudurupati. Requirement is to support Madhavi Pushpa Latha Garu for iron injections and medicines for her Dengue fever treatment and medicines for BP and Sugar.

Madhavi garu staying at Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad with her mother and daughter. She used to work as a cook in one apartment @ Pragathi Nagar with which she used to earn 12k to 13k per month. Since April 2020, she could not go for her job due to Covid-19 situation and there is no other earning source for her.

She was suffering from Dengue fever since Augsut 2020 and taking treatment at Pegasus hospital, Pragati Nagar. By understanding her financial situation, one of her owners Mounika garu (where she used to work as cook) supported for Madhavi garu’s treatment.

Initially, Mounika garuthought that treatment would cost only 5k to 6k and started supporting her. But, it went to 27k. Though it is difficult for her to bear the expenses, she just continued her support just to see Madhavi garu in normal situation. Now, she is unable to continue her support.

At present, Madhavi garu is slowly recovering from Dengue fever and she needs to continue her medication (iron injections and prescribed medication for Dengue treatment and medicines for stabilizing BP and Sugar) for next 2 months.

Our members Srinivas Nudurupati and Kiran Sreeram did physical verification @ Pragathi Nagar and gathered complete information about the requirement. After understanding her current financial situation, we have supported her by providing required medicines for 2 months.
