01) O5/03/2021 - Fire accident happened at Kondavaripalem village, Bondapalli Mandal, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh around 40 houses burnt and 40 tribal families became homeless.

02) 07/03/2021 - Villagers approached our member Siva Sai Korada and requested to support them

03) 08/03/2021 - Our members Lavanya garu and Team travelled over 100 KMs from Vizag to Kondavaripalem village and conducted survey.

04) 08/03/2021 - Our members Lavanya garu visited Kondavaripalem village and gathered the information about list of the fire affected victims

05) 08/03/2021 - Our members Lavanya garu visited Kondavaripalem village and gathered information about their emergency need.

07) 09/03/2021 - Me2We Team had call with Karasi Ramesh garu (Grama Volunteer) and Appalaraju Dora Tummi (Head of tribal union) enquired about support from government and other NGOs and understood the necessity of providing temporary shelter and essential items and also informed them to make arrangements to install Tarpaulin sheets for temporar shelter.

08) 09/03/2021 - Our members Siva garu and Lavanya garu went to market and collected estimations for Tarpaulin sheets and other essential items

09) 10/03/2021 - Our members Siva garu and Lavanya garu went to market and purchased for Tarpaulin sheets and other essential items

10) 11/03/2021 - Our members Siva garu and Lavanya garu called Ramesh garu and Appalaraju Dora to enquire the progress of temporary shelter arrangements and informed about the event plan and asked them to coordinate with villagers

11) 12/03/2021 (7:30 AM) - Our members Siva Sai Korada, Tony Behra, Jagan, Sai Chandu, Bangar Raju, Rama Rao, Lavanya Korada, Venkatalakshmi, Bharathi, Laxmi, A Lavanya, Sai Giridhar and Sai Sasidhar started from Pedagantyada, Vizag in two vehicles (one is for relief material and one is for Volunteers)

12) 12/03/2021 (10:15 AM and 11:00 AM) - Me2We Team reached Kondavaripalem village, Bondapalli Mandal, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh and made arrangements for the event

13) 12/03/2021 (11:00 AM and 03:30 PM) - Event execution kicked off. Our members went to each and every house and door delivered the Tarpaulin sheets and other essential items.

14) 12/03/2021 (11:00 AM and 03:30 PM) - Our Team also helped villagers in arranging temporary shelter.

15) 12/03/2021 (11:00 AM and 03:30 PM) - Our Team distributed books, school bags and other essential items to kids

- Our Team conducted motivational camp to boost up the morale of villagers

- Our Team has great time with Villagers and conducted games for kids to make them happy

16) 12/03/2021 (11:00 AM and 03:30 PM) - Finally, our Team had good time at the village

17) 12/03/2021 (03:30 PM) - Our Team started return journey to Vizag

18) 12/03/2021 (07:30 PM) - Our Team reached Pedagantyada, Vizag
