Background Story:

Padmaja garu is a single woman and has two daughters. Currently, she is doing some home made work and trying to generate some income. But, she could not spend more time on her work as she is suffering from L5-S1 Disc Prolapse problem. For few days some of their relative supported for house rent and groceries, but after that their situation has become tough to manage basic things. 

Considering their tough situation, we have supported her by paying house rent for 6 months. Now, we supported for her L5-S1 Disc Prolapse Treatment expenses.
