Background Information:

Ashwini garu is a Me2We Beneficiary to whom we have been supporting for her daughter Harshitha’s education from past 3 years.

She is a single woman and having three daughters. Her husband passed away 3 years ago due to liver failure.

Since then, she is running small curry point business for their survival. We have also tried to generate some revenue for her business by giving catering for Me2We Food distribution events. She was able to manage basic expenses with her curry point since March 2020. But, things got changed due to Covid-19, their curry point business got impacted and was completely slow down from past 2 years.

To come out of her financial issues, she did some ground work and explored all possible options on how she can survive her family at this tough situation. She came up with an idea to do Beautician Course that can help her to earn some money with minimum capital. She identified Soyoung Beauty Clinic, Chinthal where they will provide best training for Beautician course with duration 6 months which costs Rs. 30,000. After understanding Ashwini garu's situation Sarala Devi garu (Owner of the clinic) gave Rs. 10000 concession and agreed to pay the course fee Rs.20,000 in two installments.

As she could not afford for this amount with her current financial condition, she approached Me2We for support. 

By understanding Ashwaini garu situation and considering that completing this course will provide self employment for her, we decided to pay her course fee.

Our members Satish and Priya garu visited Soyoung Beauty Clinic @ Chinthal and executed the event on 27/07/2022.
